After having two kids fairly close together, my wife and I were looking for a new home that would be a better fit for four.  However, after all the recent press on Radon gas, various mysterious cancers and allergies that now seem to be prevalent and of course the whole being green thing, we were looking for a lot more than just “price” a factor in our new home.
