National Builders needed to have their warehouse lightning improved.  We suggested that they have us do a full FREE assessment and determine what other items of sustainability that they could also look at from the small items to the larger items.

After doing the full assessment we reviewed all of the annual electric, gas and water expenses and using Energy Star’s portfolio manager we entered in each month’s expenses.

We determined that there was a potential for solar, lighting, roofing and multiple other items that should be considered and then budgeted for.

We bought in two different solar vendors and three lighting experts to first give them an idea of the costs for solar, lightning and roofing costs.  We also looked at eco roofs as an option.

We helped them develop a plan to create a green team and start working on all of the smaller items while creating a budget for the larger future items that could be considered.

Sustainability plans are not accomplished over night, it is a continual process.  We can continue to help NBH to move forward on the plans.
