ABC Sustainable Solutions, LLC is working with the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization also known as IRCO.
IRCO is a nonprofit agency that has 75-80 employees with multiple buildings.
We have performed an initial assessment of the location on 103rd & Glisan to evaluate the feasibility of a solar project as well as recommending sustainable tenant improvements.
We hope that by indentifying the tenant improvements they will also benefit from available energy incentives through Energy Trust.
IRCO also has purchased a building on 80th & Sandy Blvd where we have also performed an initial assessment on what could be done for energy efficiency and provide incentives for upgrading both the heating and cooling systems that are extremely old. Our goal is the same here research and find the incentives or grants available to assist in recovering the costs to improve these systems.
