ABC Sustainable Solution, LLC is working with Realty Brokers, Fred Sanchez who is both an owner and/or manager of multiple buildings from 111th & 112th blocks of Halsey.
For one of the buildings we are working with the Portland Development Commission who has grants available for tenant improvements.
We are in the early stages but have done an initial review of one of the sites where four different tenants reside and the building needs updated heating and cooling units. It has the potential to also be a solar project.
We will also be working with Fred on internal processes to lower the costs of smaller items such as paper, toner, faxing, lighting, waste and much more to save money and lower costs.
Fred also owns an 80 acre ranch where he raises organic black angus and chickens. He is interested in finding out if the creek that runs along his property could be used to create a micro hydro unit.
We are currently researching this project and looking to have a feasibility study done.
